What is your turnaround time?

During busy season, standard turnaround time is 12 days from order to in hand. You can expect your proof around day 7-8. During the “off season,”  standard turnaround time is one week. Banners ship 1-2 business days after your proof is approved. Standard shipping is via UPS ground, which can take anywhere from 1-5 days, depending on your location. If you have a hard in-hands date, please make a note of it at checkout.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! I love custom orders. If you don’t see something you like, I am happy to take special requests. No design concept is too obscure (I’m looking at you Iron Gummy Bears!)

What size are your banners?

The default banner size I offer is 5 feet wide by 3 feet tall, which is by FAR the most commonly requested size. I can, however, do a banner at ANY size. So, if you need a banner in a different size, just let me know!

Can I see a proof before you print my banner?

Yes! In fact, I will never print a banner without customer approval. So make sure you keep an eye out for your proof (which you should receive within 48 hours of your order), and let me know if you have any adjustments before the banner goes to print.

Can I call you on the phone?

No, we do not offer telephone support at this time. Please use the live chat feature on every website page for prompt assistance during regular business hours (pacific time).

If I send you our team logo, can you include it on the banner?

Yes! However, I will need a very high resolution file (or better yet, a vector file) for best results. If you are unsure if your logo is high enough resolution, please do not hesitate to reach out and I can take a look.

I can also design a logo for you, if needed.

How do I cancel or change my order?

If I have not started on your banner, I will issue a full refund upon request. Once work on your banner has begun, but the banner has not been printed, a refund less a 25% design fee can be requested. Once banners are printed, there are no refunds or cancellations allowed.

Do you offer shipping discounts if I order more than one banner?

Shipping of all BKB Design banners is free!

Can I see a proof before placing an order?

Proofs are not provided without a paid order. Once your order is received, you will receive a proof for your review and approval. You will have the chance to make adjustments and changes at that time. I promise we’ll come up with a design you love!

Can you send me a digital copy of my banner?

Yes! Digital files can be purchased for $25 when ordered with a printed banner. If you would like the digital files to print locally, the fee for that is $40.
